Address Book

Your eFax Contacts List is synchronized into eFax Messenger for easy access. You can also easily edit your Address Book as needed. eFax Messenger® offers you the ability to import your contacts from a file stored on your computer or from an email program such as Microsoft Outlook.

Installing eFax Messenger on Windows

  1. If you haven’t already, sign up for a FaxMate account.
  2. Ensure you are using a compatible windows operating system PC
  3. Click the download link.
  4. Save the file to your computer.
  5. Double click the file and follow the on-screen instructions to install eFax Messenger.
  6. To start the program, click the eFax Messenger icon in your Programs folder (Windows OS).

*Note: Messenger may not be compatible with all operating systems. It is currently only available for Windows OS.
