FaxMate makes it easy to send a fax from anywhere using just your email, on any device, all in a few easy steps.
Open a new email message, type your intended recipient’s fax number, followed by @efaxsend.com, into the “To:” field.
Add attachments, just as you would to any email. They can be PDFs, MS Office files, JPEGs, or nearly 200 other file formats. We’ll convert them into fax pages for you.
Simply type your cover page into the body of the email, or upload one of eFax’s many free templates. Hit Send, and that’s it!
Your personal fax and cover letter will be delivered to your recipients fax machine and we’ll email you confirmation receipt when it reaches your recipient.

Send a Fax via Online
Using the FaxMate service to send a fax message over the internet couldn’t be much simpler.
Log into your eFax account and select ‘Send Faxes’ from your ‘My Account’ page
Enter your intended recipient’s fax number into the input box provided, or select them from your list of saved contacts.
Type a message in the box to use as your cover sheet. Attach up to 10 documents, then Send Fax.
That’s it! Your recipient receives your document and cover letter exactly as they would a normal fax.
Send a Fax via Fax Software
eFax Messenger® software saves you time by letting you view, annotate, sign and send your faxes online, without having to print or scan them.
Open and Log In into eFax Messenger and select “Create new fax” under “File” tab
Enter your intended recipient’s fax number or select it from your list of saved contacts.
Attach up to 10 documents and click Send Fax.
That’s it! Your recipient will receive the document directly on their fax machine. Exactly as they would a normal fax.
Receive a Fax by Email
With FaxMate, you can conveniently receive faxes in your email inbox. When someone sends a fax to your virtual fax number, the fax will appear as an email from eFax with the fax itself attached. A copy of the fax is also delivered to your eFax Message Center, so you can access your faxes online even when you don’t have access to email.

Open the eFax app and log into your account
On the home screen, tap View Faxes. Your email inbox will load immediately

Of course. You can transfer your existing fax number to FaxMate for FREE. We will work with your current fax number provider to transfer your number across to FaxMate. You also won’t need to pay phone line rental fees for your fax number once it’s migrated over to FaxMate saving you up to $30 per month.
